How to register

Before the purchase itself it is necessary to register or log in.

Registration:

1. Click on the icon: Log in

2. Select: Register

3. Fill in the registration form, fields marked: *with a star must be filled in

4. If you have more delivery addresses, which you want to write down fill them in the field: Additional information

5. Confirm the agreement for processing personal data and click on: Register

6. When the registration is finished you will get an e-mail, which contains your details that were entered into the registration form. BE AWARE the e-mail does nor show the entered password. Please, write down the password somewhere safe. If you forget the password it is possible to recover it. The instructions for paswword recovery are here.

How to log in

Before the purchase itself it is necessary to register or log in.

Transfering from the previous eshop:

If you‘re transfering from the previous eshop the username and password entered during the registration on previous eshop won‘t work. We used your email as your new username for the login. Unfortunately the old password can‘t be transfered and so we generated a new password and we sent it to your email. Of course, you can change our generated password – password change here.

How to log in:

1) Click on the icon: Log in

2) Enter your login details filled in during registration: e-mail and password.

3) Click on: Log in

4) After your succeful login you will see: You were succefully logged in, now you can shop.

How to recover forgotten password

If you forgot your password it is possible to recover it – follow the instructions.

1) Click on the icon: Log in

2) Select: Did you forget your password?

3) A page for password recovery will open

4) Enter your registered email

5) Enter your new password

6) Enter your new password again (for insuring the passwords are the same)

7) Click on: Change password

8) For finishing the password change click on link in the email , that was sent to you for verification.

Now you can log in using your new password.

How to edit your billing and delivery details

* Please contact us for any change of your billing or delivery details.

It is not possible to change the details in your profile administration. The changes can be entered into the note in your shopping cart when sending an order

or can be sent to objednavky@krabickynasperky.cz. Please, when writing the e-mail, write down your existing contact details and the change itself.

How to use Fast order

1) Click on link in the menu: Fast order

2) A page with Fast order will show up

3) In the left part of the page you can see catalogue, which can be browsed using mouse.

- The arrows next to the catalogue (left and right) can be used to turn pages.

- By clicking your left mouse button on catalogue it will zoom in and with your next click it will get back to original size.

- Below the catalogue there is a preview of miniature of all pages. By clicking on the miniature you will get on the chosen page.

4) In the right part there is a field, where you can enter the product code, which you want to order. This is where you enter the whole product code. The panel will whisper the products that corresponds with the entered code.

5) The entered code will be confirmed by clicking: Add

6) Choose number of pieces on in the selected products and click on: Add all to cart – by this the products will get transfered into the shopping cart where you can finish the order and send it to us for handling.

We believe that you will learn to use this new function and learn to love it. It can save your precious time.

How to use catalogue

We prepared a page for you, where we will present our current catalogue. On this page you can virtually browse the pages of the catalogue.

- The arrows next to the catalogue (left and right) can be used to turn pages.

- By clicking your left mouse button on catalogue it will zoom in and with your next click it will get back to original size.

- Below the catalogue there is a preview of miniature of all pages. By clicking on the miniature you will get on the chosen page.

If you are interested in the prodsucts from the catalogue you can order it usually or you can use the Fast order, which connects the catalogue with the order itself. By clicking on this text you will get to the Fast order.

How to filter products

We have new possibilities of filtering. Now you can filter by more parameters:

Colour – choose the colour of the product

Use – choose the use

Material – by material of the product

Prices from to – filter the prices for xy € to xy €

In stock – this will show only products that are in stock

Sale – this will show products that are on sale

New – this will show new products in our offer

Printing possibility – this will show products, that can be printed on

- These parameters can be combined and so it can filter the product, which exactly suits your requirements.

- The chosen parameters are then shown below filter and then there are the products that suits the filter requirements.

- By clicking on text: Delete all → all of the chosen parameters will be deleted. If you want to delete only on of the chosen parameters, click on the cross next to the chosen parameter.

What are miniatures of the series

It is preview of all series, which belong into the specific category. Thanks to this preview it is not necessary to go through the whole category. From the first look you can see, which series belong into the category. We hope you will like this function and it will make your shopping easier.

The process:

1) By clicking on: Show all – all of the series, that can be browsed, will be shown.

2) When you move your mouse cursor on the miniature you will see a zoomed in preview. Using this you can take a good look on the series.

3) By clicking on the miniature the products themselves will show up. Here you can order the products.
